# I have a blog

Always wanted a blog. I didn't think I was the extrovert type, maybe I'm not; I certainly don't have a TikTok account. Maybe that comes later.

Nonetheless, I find myself writing notes and ideas down all the time. Most of these I discuss with my long suffering and marvelous partner. She loves talking about all this stuff as well.

I need a way to share conversations, ideas and excitement. A good old fashioned blog fits the bill.

# AI and I - (with apologies to Withnail)

This blog will be co-written by AI - panic. No, this blog is co-written by AI because that is largely the point. As shall become apparent, I am an enthusiastic user of AI. I don't believe it steps on the toes of other creatives. I don't believe using AI is selling out. I believe AI is changing everything, very quickly, and you engage with that sort of thing instead of avoiding it.

It is fun at this stage to not tell you any more about myself; just because various interests will be gradually revealed and that is far more entertaining than a monologue right now about me.

# Things not to write about

Although we may get political on occasion, this blog will not get involved in culture war. I have values, but your right to have your own opinion is one of them.
